So, I sit here at this computer, over three years after the fourth and final post of this attempted (and failed) blog, spurred by a strange desire to attempt running a blog again. I don't really know why, maybe it's because I'm happier than I was back then, so it'll be less whiny, and my life is just generally more interesting, or maybe it's because it's cool when authors have blogs and I am an aspiring author....
Whatever the reason, here I am. I'll probably just fail again, and make a few sporadic posts before disappearing completely once again, but maybe I'll actually do this regularly... I guess we'll see. I mean I technically run a blog at joshandstuff.tumblr.com, but I mainly post about fandoms or just reblog stuff, whereas this thing is supposed to be about my possibly boring but potentially interesting life. So you know, I'll see where this goes. Maybe I'll come to enjoy blogging, even if no one really cares what I have to say. Time will tell.
So, what has changed in these last three years?, asks an invisible, non-existent audience.
Well, I'm now in Year Eleven, my penultimate year of high school, and very much focusing on getting to university, hopefully Melbourne or RMIT. The other thing I'm focusing on is writing my debut novel, which currently undergoes varying periods of productivity, but I definitely feel confident about actually finishing it. Of course, as always, I'm obsessed with Doctor Who and other such things, probably even more than I was back then, including the addition of a number of other interests, such as Supernatural.
But anyway, that's probably enough for the fifth but in some ways first post of my blog.
See you whenever I actually have readers to say that to.

School Part Two: Social Life
Now before you think anything I'm not a loner. I have loads of friends. But there are some people who really bug me. You know, the mean people. Kids who look for anything they can use to insult you just to make themselves feel good.
Anyway, enough about jerks, let's be a bit positive here.
These days I can barely walk five meters down the hallway without saying hi to someone. I just finished four months of the junior school production of Oliver and I know loads more people now.
I have a good social life apart from a couple jerks and this evil kid who I have in my class for the second year in a row.
And I was a loner for half of Grade Five (moved school) so it says something doesn't it.
Even when stuff sucks, it's bound to get better, just look at me.
That wraps up another post, see you next time.
Josh Fielding.

What's Up Doc(tor Who)
I'm walking home from school when suddenly I hear the familiar noise of the TARDIS materialising. I rush towards the sound to behold a blue police box. The door creaks open and The Doctor steps out.
"Come with me." he says.
And I go off into time and space., encountering Daleks, Cybermen, Slitheen, The Master and loads of other stuff. I'm updating my blog right now from the TARDIS.
I WISH! I'm actually updating it from the school library. What I just said is my dream. Matt says it's stupid because Doctor Who is fictional. Ah, but what about alternate dimensions. Anyway, I sound like a nerd. Well, I kind of am. But I prefer to think of myself as an Completely And Utterly Obsessed Fan. Anyway, Doctor Who is my all time favourite TV show.
William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton, Jon Pertwee, Tom Baker, Peter Davison, Colin Baker, Sylvester McCoy, Paul McGann, Christopher Eccleston, David Tennant and Matt Smith.
I did not use Wikipedia for that.
I'm really excited for Sunday. Doctor Who starts again! Matt Smith better be a good replacement for Dacid Tennant.
Anyway, see you next time whoever's reading this. I hope someone actually reads this.

School Part One: PE
Ah, school. The place I have spent 9 years of my life in. The place that can be fun and interesting. Boring and dull. Happy. Sad. Annoying. Frustrating. It can be any number of things(including Hell). Most of the time it's cool but life's never constant.
My school experience is mixed. I've had days where I've loved school and days where I've hated it. Unlike some people I know, I understand that, however boring it can get, school is vital to having a career in the future. Unless you fancy being a trashman. We need to learn skills, academic and social, physical and mental. Well... I kind of disagree with PE being compulsory till VCE. That is the one thing I have always hated in school. PE. Painful Extortion. Or Pointless Evilness. Or maybe UT. For Unecessary Torture.
Here is why I hate PE:
1. I'm hopeless at it(I'm unco).
2. Everyone always laughs at me(That's their idea of fun. Sad, isn't it).
3. Everyone always yells at me for getting it wrong.
4. It's confusing.
5. It's boring.
6. It's pointless.
Okay I know some people find it fun, and that's fine, you don't have to hate it. But still, why do I have to do it?! I am not going to be a sport's star when I grow up.
Then you could argue that I need to learn the skills. I WILL NEVER LEARN THE SKILLS!!!!! CAN'T YOU TEACHERS GET THAT IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!! Sorry for the rant. I just get so frustrated with sport teachers. They are always telling me that I just need to practice. I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING FOR ALMOST THE PAST DECADE!!!!!!! (I really need to stop yelling at my computer screen.)
Then there's the whole thing of physical fitness. Can't I (or kid's like me) do individual sports like rock climbing or running? I like rock climbing.
Anyway my teachers don't listen so unless I get some kind of miracle I'm stuck in PE for the next four years. groan.....

Spontaneous Decisions
Occasionally I have what I like to call Spontaneous Decisions. This can be things like: throwing a pillow at my brother, writing a poem, punching someone(this is a rare couple of times a year event), throwing my brothers wickets across the backyard or even creating this blog. I got home and decided to create a blog, just like that. For instance, today I attempted to make my pen fly in P.E Theory. It worked!(for about half a second). Anyway, these SD's can sometimes get me into trouble, like when I had a tantrum because my ex-chinese teacher had me for homeroom(for further detail I will make a post about school sometime). And sometimes they benefit, I like them though, because sometimes I end up doing something super cool.
This is Josh Fielding, signing out from my first post. Beam me up Scotty!
